How do I connect the Chrome extension to the iOS app?

Open the PurchaseRewind iOS app and go to Settings. Tap "Link Browser" to generate a 6-character code. Then open the Chrome extension popup and enter this code to link your devices.

What health data does PurchaseRewind use?

PurchaseRewind reads heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and sleep data from Apple Health. This data is used to assess your physiological state and determine if you might be stressed or tired. Your health data never leaves your device without your explicit consent.

Why am I not seeing interventions on shopping sites?

Make sure: (1) The Chrome extension is installed and linked to your iOS app, (2) You've granted HealthKit permissions in the iOS app, (3) The extension is enabled for the shopping site you're visiting. Check the extension popup for status information.

How do I restore my Purchase Rewind Pro subscription?

Open the iOS app and go to Settings. Tap "Upgrade to Pro" and then "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen. Your subscription will be restored if you have an active subscription linked to your Apple ID.

Can I customize which shopping sites trigger interventions?

Yes! Premium users can customize the list of monitored shopping sites. Go to Settings in the iOS app and look for "Intervention Settings" to add or remove sites.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions" to manage or cancel your PurchaseRewind subscription.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your health data is processed locally on your device. Only anonymized state information (like "elevated stress") is synced to enable the Chrome extension. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
